As we've said many times, there really is no such thing as money.
Money is always in the past and the future.
Money has no tangible qualities to it.
Cash is real.
You can hold it in your hand. You can jingle it in your pocket. You can see the amount to your credit in the bank on a computer screen.
You have the same dilemma with work.
When you go to your job and you do what they pay you cash to do, you can see and hear and touch what you are doing.
When you produce products or deliver services for your customers and clients, they are very real. The products have some well-defined substance. The services have a defined meaning. The customers and the clients are real people that you know in some way, even if only briefly.
But you don't have a job. And you don't actually make money.
The illusion we're drawing out here is this:
Money doesn't come through work.
Cash comes in response to your imagination and your willingness.
Your employer, your customers, and your clients may well be the perfect and delicious channels for this cash.
