There is literally no way to manifest anything without contrast.
Along with desire, contrast is the key ingredient. The two, in fact, go together, one with the other.
Similarly, we could say how living and breathing go together.
In the instance of living and breathing, you have this down really well.
You certainly don't need a ghost to remind you of this.
But when it comes to manifesting, we hear quite often from our physical friends about how they wish all this darn unwanted contrast would just go away!
In fact, they will also tell us that, once the unwanted contrast goes away, then they will have the life of wealth and abundance they desire.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
While manifesting requires contrast and desire, it need not be painful.
But it is painful when you are resisting the very thing you desire by trying to push away the contrast that is specifically presenting itself to help you.
