We invite you to pay attention to the fact that you are directing the universe of your thoughts and that, in this directing, you are quite literally populating the reality that surrounds you.

But the mechanism by which you are doing this is how you are giving your attention.

We are inviting you to pay attention to the fact that it is you who are manifesting the reality that surrounds your physical being which centers around your physical form, known as your body, which is giving shape and giving form to your personality, your identity, and your sense of self.

This is a wonderful place to be, right in the center of all of this, in this magnificent dream that you're dreaming.

And all manifesting is happening because you are giving your attention.

The key word in the name of the series is giving.

Your attention is already done.

You're looking at things...

You're listening to things...

You're paying attention to things...

You're attending to them...

But it is the giving of your attention that is powerful.

You're giving life and shape and form to this reality and that includes all of its many components.

In particular we want to bring your attention to the ideas of: the manifesting of cash... the manifesting of well-being... the manifesting of relationship... the manifesting of the expression of your particular idea of self... the manifesting of your creative self-expression.

These are all things that you're manifesting by giving your attention.
