There really is no way for anything that you are criticizing and making wrong to take a shape and a form and an experience that you want.
You can only go from what you have to what you want through your willingness to let what you have be perfect as it is.
Any other approach is likely to be frustrating, a lot of hard work, and, in the end, temporary at best.
In other words, by embracing your body, you give it space to become more of what you desire it to be.
