No matter the current condition of your physical body, we will always remind you that it is healthy.
This doesn't mean that you will like all the temporary conditions or experiences that you are having with your body.
What it does mean is that, at this very moment, you have a place where you can begin with what you have and amplify what you like.
This brings to your attention the pieces and parts of your physical experience with your body that you really like and makes them more prominent, drawing your attention to them.
And, as you know, you are amplifying whatever you're putting your attention on.
So, in this series of 7 delicious conversations, along with your wonderful questions and the powerful answers they call forth, we invite you to notice what you do like about your physical experience and amplify that experience.
This doesn't mean, however, that we are suggesting you ignore conditions and situations that you plainly don't like.
As you allow yourself to put more and more attention on how wonderful your body is, as a whole, it becomes easier to allow the underlying thoughts, vibrations, and conditions that you don't like to begin to shift.
The only way to do this, in any practical sense, is to be willing to have what you don't like.
And, in this series, we'll be inviting you to expand your mind so that you are willing to have the entirety of your physical experience.
As you do this, you allow your natural state of wellbeing to assert itself.
In the end, you will notice that all is well all around, regardless of temporary conditions, and that's when everything changes.
